Coffee & Cigarettes
Tom: Hey
Iggy: Hey, Tom, alright, glad you could make it. You are here. Hey you know what, you can call me Jim, I mean you know my friends call me Jim, or call me Jimmy or Iggy or Piggy, call me Ji- Iggy, call me Iggy.
Tom: Okay, alright, whichever way you're comfortable, I'll go either way, Jim or Iggy.
Iggy: Iggy, you call me Iggy.
Tom: Look, I'm sorry I'm late Jim. Boy, phew, four car pile up. Phew, I delivered a baby this morning about 9 o' clock. I was saving lives I was out there on the highway, you know, there's nothing worse than road-side surgery, you know, you don't have your own tools, and it's just, it's murder; I performed a tracheotomy with a ballpoint pen, and, um, phew, I've been busy.
Iggy: Wait a minute, you're a doctor?
Tom: Yeah, yeah, I'm a doctor, I mean, music and medicine really, my thing is combining the two. And living in that place where they overlap. A lot of people say it shows up in the music, but I don't know.
Iggy: Well, yeah okay, yeah I can see that, wow, yeah, okay, I can... the organization and the whole thing. And the humanity I guess, the humanity of the thing. Sure, and the regard, uh, well, I guess it's a big day for you then.
Tom: It is, it was a medical morning.
Iggy: Everybody's all right?
Tom: Everybody's fine.
